Why do we love this diaper insert?
Thanks to its bamboo material and high material density, this IWEAR Arcus zorb diaper liner has the highest moisture absorption. Also thanks to the bamboo, the surface remains soft for a long time, making it ideal for families with hard water. It is especially beneficial for newborns. For me, bamboo and lyocell are the new cotton. You can shower off the stool in seconds without any remaining stains, there is no need to wash it by hand with cow bile soap, and this saves you a lot of time.
Now you can enjoy the special winter blue stitching edition.

Material thickness and composition:
- 2-layer insert with a material density of 625 gr/m² each
- inner absorbent layer - 26% tencel, 28% cotton, 23% bamboo viscose, 13% polyester, 10% nylon
- outer layer in contact with the skin: 70% bamboo viscose, 30% organic cotton
Quick math, why not consider the number of layers? The density of 1 layer of thicker cotton terry cloth is approx. 300 gr/m², so 1 layer of this stay dry zorb is equivalent to 2 layers of terry cloth. I was being generous with the comparison, because terry cloth has one of the highest density among the cotton materials on the market. The material of tetras and prefolds is muslin / double gauze, and the material of classic diaper inserts is poplin, terry, and flannel, which usually have a lower density than terry cloth. So you might need up to 10 layers of these to match this one layer of zorb, let alone 2...
The behavior of the given material is also important. The zorb pad wicks away moisture inside, ensuring that you can use the full suction capacity. Have you ever taken a pad out of a diaper and the front of the pad was soggy and the back was almost dry? This will not happen with zorb pads...

About IWEAR
I started making diaper liners because I couldn't find narrow-width liners that were small enough for my own child. Most diapers on the market have nice patterns, but they have a lower absorption capacity and are mostly made of non-sustainable materials. The illusion of nice patterns fades within a few months when continuous wetting begins. This is usually when desperate mothers come to me... That's why I only deal with liners as a maker. Nice diapers are enough. In addition, there are fewer and fewer diapers made of quality materials, covering all needs, washable at 60 degrees, and the ones that are available are getting more and more expensive. In my distribution activities, I focus on finding and making the best diapers and accessories available on the global market available to you at an affordable price today. And with my comprehensive service package, I provide a solution to all your needs.
What kind of washable diaper do we recommend?
Very simple. Any type, and any brand.
